LAB Medical Mfg. Expands Management Team & Organization

Monday, March 28th, 2011: Billerica MA – LAB Medical Manufacturing, Inc. announced today the appointment of Doug Ross as Operations Manager leading all manufacturing, supply chain and  planning, warehousing, and shipping and receiving.  Ross previously worked at Omni Components Corp. in Hudson, NH as their Manufacturing Manager.  Ross, a graduate of Suffolk University, previously held positions at North American Industries, Textron, and GE.

At the same time, LAB has appointed Peter Zasada as Vice President of Business Development and Customer Service, a newly created position.  Zasada has been with LAB for fourteen years and was previously the VP of Operations.  In his new capacity, Zasada will apply his keen knowledge, insight, and experience to responding to market trends in meeting the rising demands of the medical instruments and implant industry.

Andrew J. Dudka

Billerica, MA – LAB Medical Manufacturing, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew J. Dudka, 45, of Whitinsville, MA as Chief Operating Officer, effective January 1, 2011.  Reporting to President Leon W. Bester in this newly-created position, Dudka will be responsible for all aspects of the Company’s operations, including manufacturing, sales and marketing, finance and administration, research and engineering, and human resources.

Dudka most recently was the Director of Operations of Hayward Pool Products, North Kingstown, Rhode Island Division of Hayward Industries, Inc. a multi-national supplier of residential and commercial swimming pool equipment.  At Hayward RI, Dudka led this division responsible for the development, manufacturing, and distribution of market leading high-tech electronic controllers, water sanitizers and accessories.  Previously, Dudka was the Director of Operations at Thermo Fisher Scientific Environmental Instruments Division in Franklin, MA and previously has held multi-national posts in Ireland and the Netherlands.
