LAB Medical Manufacturing is a leader in medical device contract manufacturing. As a result, we expect the very best from our suppliers and we value relationships built on trust, respect, and mutual benefits. While we cannot respond to every inquiry, there are specific attributes that make a favorable impression. If your company is minority/woman-owned, certified HUBZone, ISO-certified, or can demonstrate environmental sustainability initiatives, and if you can offer what we require at the right quality, leadtime and price, we want to hear from you.

We generally purchase the following items for our medical device contract manufacturing requirements: metal bars and plate, plastic bars and plate, packaging materials, machine tooling, MRO supplies and plating, and heat treating services. We are not a laboratory and do not use related products. To expedite any inquiries, we ask that any prospective supplier download, complete, and submit the attached Supplier Self-Evaluation Form and we will respond to you if your company is a good fit.

LAB Medical Manufacturing’s Supply Management department does not tolerate back-door selling and will generally not respond to sales calls unless by appointment. We operate a robust supplier evaluation system and our suppliers must consistently meet the same high standards we set for ourselves.
