Upon receipt of your order, our staff of administrators, engineers, and technicians will begin working on the prototype within hours.

In addition, we offer advice on the best ways to design your product to minimize manufacturing expense while maintaining the original design intent and features. LAB Medical’s Quick-Turn Prototype LAB is located in our main facility in Billerica, Massachusetts, 20 miles north of Boston in the heart of the Route 128 life science corridor. This 30,000-square-foot facility features some of the finest medical device manufacturing equipment available.
